SATCO's NUVO 1-Year Limited Warranty

Satco Products, Inc (Satco) warrants your SATCO brand product and NUVO brand lighting fixtures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, Satco’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at Satco’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

Satco does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. Satco specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or damage, including any labor / expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product. This warranty does not apply to Satco, Allura or Econobrite brand light bulbs, unless specifically indicated on the products package.

SATCO's NUVO 2-Year Limited Warranty (Light Source)

Satco Products, Inc (Satco) warrants your SATCO brand product and NUVO brand lighting fixtures to be free from LED or CFL light source and electrical component defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (2) years from date of purchase. The decorative finish of all these fixtures is warrantied for a period of (1) one year. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, Satco’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at Satco’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. Satco Products, Inc (Satco) warrants your SATCO brand product and NUVO brand ENERGY STAR lighting fixtures to be free from LED or CFL light source and electrical component defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (3) year from date of purchase. The decorative finish of all ENERGY STAR fixtures is warrantied for a period of (1) one year. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, Satco’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at Satco’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

SATCO's NUVO 5-Year Limited Warranty

The purchased product is covered with five years (60 months) guarantee in respect of any defect in material or workmanship after purchase date.

Satco shall bear no responsibility on account of guarantee, as well as shall bear no liability for any faults, in case of improper operation, use, negligence, accident or exposure to natural hazard, or excessive use over the limits specified for the unit, or if any unauthorized alteration or repair followed.
